teknium1 09f847d49c test: keep two invariants for the stale update-marker cap ...

Drop the third test (marker without a timestamp still retries): it
re-asserts the pre-existing defer path that the other tests in this class
already cover, and the salvage bar is 1-2 invariant tests per fix. The two
kept: a stale marker is dropped with every file cleared and a WARNING; a
recent marker is still deferred for the reconnecting adapter.
