teknium1 3950785f99 fix(compression): publish the working-attempt marker only when the summarizer actually runs ...

The marker that decides candidate supersession was published before the
cancelled-fence (F6) skip, so a stale queued attempt whose fence was already
cancelled still advanced the working marker without doing any work — the same
no-op-supersedes-real-work shape #112482 fixes for lock sit-outs. Move the
publish inside the dispatch block, immediately before compress_fn(), so only an
attempt that invokes the summarizer can supersede an in-flight candidate.
