teknium1 d450c3659e fix(memory): a missing catalog memory provider names its install command ...

When a provider that left core is configured but not installed (offline,
lazy installs off, a failed migration), doctor, memory status, memory setup
<name> and the CLI's unknown-command error now print
`hermes [-p <profile>] plugins install <name>` instead of pointing at
hermes memory setup or ~/.hermes/plugins/. In-tree catalog only, no network;
-p is added whenever a bare command would install into another profile.
