unsupportedpastels 54bc5e509c fix(agent): write normalized call_id through transport ToolCall provider_data

transports.types.ToolCall exposes call_id as a read-only view of provider_data,
so setattr raised AttributeError in validate_tool_calls for Responses-transport
batches. Write the backing value instead so id and call_id stay in agreement,
and cover both real transports end to end.
