teknium1 e4557d1feb fix(tests): gate only the two AuthorizationCodeResult.code assertions on mcp 2.0 ...

Review follow-up: the class-level require_mcp_2_sdk marker on
TestCallbackPortReservation skipped all 17 cases under an older SDK, but only
test_wait_for_callback_adopts_reserved_socket and
test_concurrent_flows_keep_their_own_callback_ports read the 2.0-only
AuthorizationCodeResult.code; the other 15 pass on mcp 1.28.1. Marker moved onto
those two methods (with the pin faked: 17 skipped -> 15 passed / 2 skipped).
