#114022 popped extra_body.reasoning after the profile projection was merged, which also
deleted the disable shape a profile owns on that very field (OpenRouter/Nous project
disabled reasoning as extra_body.reasoning={enabled:false}), so a thinking-off aux call
to those routes would have shipped with no reasoning control at all and the model
would think. Drop the caller/task ``reasoning`` from the incoming extra_body instead,
before projection.body/reasoning_extra land: the custom profile's top-level
reasoning_effort=none then travels alone (no contradictory reasoning.effort, #114020),
and a profile whose disabled shape IS extra_body.reasoning keeps it.
Adds the OpenRouter control test (red on the salvaged hunk alone).
