docs: drop installer flags install.sh/install.ps1 no longer accept

install.sh rejects --no-skills with "unknown option" (rc=1) and neither
installer has --skip-computer-use / -SkipComputerUse: the installer no
longer pre-installs cua-driver at all. Point the skills page at the setup
prompt / hermes skills opt-out, and describe cua-driver as the PM-pinned
package that hermes computer-use install prepares (it never runs the
upstream installer now).

**The driver is a PM-managed tool.** `cua-driver` is pinned in

Already have cua-driver? Hermes reuses it when it supports the 0.20 runtime
contract. During setup, toolset enablement, `hermes update`, and the first
`computer_use` call of a session, Hermes checks the local version and
manifest. It repairs an old or incomplete standard installation through
the upstream installer (at most once per session at runtime). A binary
PM (at most once per session at runtime). A binary
selected with `HERMES_CUA_DRIVER_CMD` stays
under your control, so Hermes reports the incompatibility and leaves it
unchanged.

`hermes skills opt-out` only stops *future* seeding — it never deletes anything already on disk. The optional `--remove` flag deletes bundled skills **only** when they are unmodified (byte-identical to the version Hermes installed). Skills you have edited, skills installed from the hub, and skills you wrote yourself are always kept.
