feat(plugin-catalog): bump provider-status to 1.5.11

Repins the card to the plugin commit that scopes the injected theme
stylesheet and the glass dialog overlay to this plugin's own elements.

- `sha`: `1264a8e112f1b2133f3f02b89e230e0df538a80f` -> `517dc1aa4047686a8899f3d81befe66d2d8cda4c`
- `version`: `1.5.10` -> `1.5.11`
- `image`: follows the same sha, so the hero renders from the new tree
