plugin-catalog: add hermes-armor community entry

hermes-armor v1.4.0 — Hermes Agent armor-piercing kernel plugin, ported
from dsh-infinite-gen-4 (MIT). Dual-layer same-source system-prompt
injection + llm_request middleware (request-layer system rebuild) +
opencode session rotation. Pinned to ddf6dbd.

Validation at the pinned commit:
- hermes plugins validate: passed (tools/hooks/middleware match)
- selftest.py: 54/54 offline assertions
- fresh HERMES_HOME install smoke test: installed + enabled OK
