Re-gate finding: dropping the override clause from the fallback condition kept every test
green, and would hand a spawn under a dashboard/cron override the LAUNCH profile's secrets
(an explicit target_home beats the override inside served_profile_child_env). The comment
now says that instead of claiming the slash-worker spawn has the same shape (it does not
check override or scope).
