kshitijk4poor fcf1ea4b99 test(update): pin the supervised-child exemption by behaviour, two tests

Fold the marker off-value table into the supervised-launch test so 0/false
are proven to still repay the tail through prepare_launch, instead of a
separate test of the private parser. Keeps the stale-dependency sync test.
