Teknium faf3a1e5c0 fix(install-metrics): one receipt per install run, interrupted runs counted, latch after save ...

install.sh: a run id per ladder, first writer wins (a parent-only SIGTERM no longer
leaves two receipts); Ctrl-C / SIGTERM write failure_class=interrupted.
install.ps1: same once-only guard, finally{} records an interrupted run.
Reporter: latch a receipt id only after its row is saved, so a short-lived start
whose daemon reporter is cut off at exit re-reports on the next start.
