Teknium d53e9e79df refactor(stt): clear code-health blockers on the salvaged xAI pin ...

STT_XAI_MODEL is read per call (a module constant froze the launch profile env),
the xAI client-direct form builder moves out of transcribeAudioClientDirect (CC 21),
the silencedetect probe catches only what subprocess raises, and the stt.xai
defaults comment folds into one line so config_defaults.py does not grow.
