Siddharth Balyan cb9f6ac736 fix(tui,cli): reconnect is offered only as a repair, sign-in failures keep their reason

The /connectors panel offers c only on an account that needs repair; on a
healthy row the hint drops it and the key answers that the account is
connected. connect --reconnect on an active account says so and starts
nothing unless --force. A failed or expired sign-in shows the gateway's
detail. The docs say account is present only for a named account.
