Review follow-up on the Settings "Applies to" chips.
- profileLabel() in store/profile.ts goes back to its main body
(display_name -> name). The bot_title preference now lives in a small
settingsScopeLabel() helper inside settings/profile-scope.tsx, used for
both the chip label and the "edits profile" note. Why: preferring the
Bot Mode title app-wide silently renamed the profile rail, the switcher
and the Profiles page cards, which the PR never set out to change.
- providers-settings.test.tsx mocks '@/store/profile' with an explicit
factory; profile-scope.tsx now imports profileLabel from that store, so
the mock must export it (this was the red CI: vitest "No profileLabel
export is defined on the mock").
- test_profile_display_name.py asserts _profile_to_dict() carries
bot_title, so the web/Desktop roster contract is pinned, not just the
profile.yaml reader.
