Teknium ef0a71b259 test(e2e): orphan cell kills the script only after its update child took the lock

Run 37148409574 (with the delegate writers merged) killed windows.ps1 0.4 s after its
`hermes update` child appeared, before that child reached UpdateLock.acquire(), so it
measured python start-up instead of the delegate contract. Wait for the child's
"Updating Hermes Agent..." banner in update.log (printed only after acquire) too.
