Teknium 1946a105b2 test(desktop-smoke): bind ledger-attached backends to their own evidence

A host-ledger backend is not an Electron descendant, so the app-reported
root no longer stands in for its tree when process evidence is unreadable
(Windows). Ledger records must match the live process's start time
(create_time, 2 s like the product), and the ledger is read at the machine
root the app resolves for the home, where the product writes it.
