Teknium c74c3b73b8 build(desktop): list backend-discovery in the e2e typecheck project ...

The smoke observer now imports parseSpawnLedger from
electron/backend-discovery.ts. tsconfig.e2e.json is composite and excludes
electron/, so tsc failed with TS6307. List the one module explicitly via
"files", which exclude does not filter.
