kshitijk4poor daa9593a03 test(state): drop the unpinned rollback claim from the corruption-class test

Gate finding (quality + 2ab r2, Low, mutation-verified): the test name and
module docstring claimed the rebuild arm is "rolled back", but nothing pins
it — the mocked execute raises before any transaction opens, and deleting
the rollback() line (which pre-exists on main) leaves the test green. Name
the test for what it actually asserts: caught and reported.
