kshitijk4poor ec51f8bcba test(state): trim never-active prune guard tests to the invariants

Keep three tests: guarded row survives with its routing entry, a mid-loop
abort strands no live row, and delete_session_if_empty refuses under a
lease. The compression-lock case exercises the same _guarded_ids path as
the turn-lease case, so it adds no coverage. Also correct the abort
test's docstring (it described the ordering backwards) and drop an
unused import.
