Gate finding (quality, Low): the ValueError branch added for malformed
Origin authorities copy-pasted the origin_mismatch reason f-string, so the
format lived in two places. Map the parse failure to parsed=None and let
the existing mismatch return handle it. Behaviour unchanged (still fails
closed with 4403 origin_mismatch).
