The Compaction Marks section lists the history and request rewrites
that emit no hermes.compaction mark, but missed one: when a gateway turn
ends with compression_exhausted, the gateway replaces the session with a
new, empty one through reset_session (gateway/run_turn.py,
_hmwa_compression_exhaustion_reset) instead of compacting it. Nothing
on that path calls compress_context or the other mark emitters, so
readers should not expect a mark for the reset.
