The kill-on-close job that binds the completion child to `hermes update` allowed no breakaway,
so the gateways the completion restarts or resumes (gateway_windows._spawn_detached, which asks
for CREATE_BREAKAWAY_FROM_JOB) fell back into the job and were killed the moment `hermes update`
exited, on success too. Allow BREAKAWAY_OK (not SILENT: ordinary descendants stay bound).
A job that cannot be set up no longer raises out of run_completion after the commit point: it is
logged and the completion runs unbound; the bind sits inside the try whose cleanup kills the
child, so nothing can orphan it.
Windows cell: a real install, a real gateway, a real `hermes update`; the restarted gateway must
still be alive 30 s after the updater exited.
