Rebases #130204 onto current main: the disclosure line and the 4.3.1 pin already landed via 811a1c01fc/00e17daa01, so the remaining delta is the v4.3.3 sha pin (IDN hostnames + security hardening releases). Credit to @robbyczgw-cla for the original PR.
