Gateway start ran the left-core migration only for the launch home, so a secondary profile that used Home Assistant as its event platform started without the plugin and without its adapter (and a named launcher's default-root primary was never migrated). Each secondary now runs the migration in its own runtime scope before its plugins are discovered, and gateway start covers the launch home and the default root (the multiplex primary). The gateway-start helpers live in gateway/run_startup.py; run.py and agent_init.py lose the try/except wrappers, since recover_at_startup never raises. An agent-start install of a row that ships a platform now tells the user to restart the gateway when one serves the home: the running gateway loaded its platforms before the plugin existed.
