Victor Kyriazakos d6cdebda33 fix(relay): chunk long cron output through the relay connector instead of truncating it

RelayAdapter now advertises the connector egress splitter through splits_long_messages, allowing cron delivery to preserve the full payload while retaining the gateway audit save. The connector applies splitForEgress against CapabilityDescriptor.max_message_length for gateway-originated send operations; no adapter-side chunking is needed. This follows delivery cap 86e4521cb1 and the adapter flag sweep e9cd8c5bf3.
