kshitijk4poor a2f1acbd5f refactor(gateway): name hand_over_held_inbound's params source/target ...

Gate finding C01 quality [Low]: since #133399 the helper also runs in the
reverse direction (failed candidate -> retained predecessor), so the
hand-back calls read hand_over_held_inbound(adapter, predecessor) against a
(predecessor, adapter) signature. Neutral source/target names match both
directions. Every caller passes positionally, so no call site changes.
