Teknium ea49b1f760 fix(update): the packaged Desktop build runs in checkout custody (review F04)

What: build_prepared_desktop runs npm run build / builder through source_build.run_in_custody.
Why: they used bare run_contained (no lock fd, no Windows job), so a killed owner freed the
checkout while the desktop build kept writing node_modules/release.
Red/green: fake npm recording the lock fd -> pre-fix 'no' (AssertionError); fixed -> 'yes', passed.
