kshitijk4poor 91c189bb33 refactor(sessions): one helper builds the not-pinned predicate ...

The sweep, the prune filter and the stale-archive pass each spelled out the
"not pinned and not a pinned segment's continuation" SQL; the sweep's copy
used a different alias and could drift from the other two. _not_pinned_sql()
now builds it for any alias. count_prune_matches(pinned_only=True) implies
include_pinned itself (a pinned-only count under the not-pinned filter is
always zero), so the CLI pinned-skip note no longer re-shapes the filters,
and the CLI FakeDB honours pinned_only like the real store.
