reply-settle-paths.spec.ts forces the duplicate-reply shapes under the
transcript oracle: an answer the backend repeats as the final reply, with
a review.summary row delivered before that turn's message.complete
(#131626, KNOWN), a steer at each point of a tool turn, then reload and
switch-back over folded tool turns. switch-back-race.spec.ts runs both
orders with a tool turn too (#128809). The scripted provider can now
script marker-less traffic such as the background review fork.
