kshitijk4poor e054422124 fix(image_gen): pass a provider only the creative controls it declares ...

The salvaged handler forwarded creativity/intensity/complexity/movement to
whichever route ran, declared or not. A model that copies slider values
from earlier turns after the backend changed would hand them to a
third-party generate() without **kwargs, which raises TypeError and fails
a plain text-to-image call that works today. Both plugin routes now keep
only the names in the provider's capabilities()["creative_controls"].

Tests: the dispatch test now declares one control and asserts the
undeclared one is dropped; the two schema tests become one relationship
test (the schema renders exactly what the Krea plugin declares, FAL renders
none) instead of pinning the enum and bounds.
