Teknium fd0b331c6f test(e2e): mid_git asserts recovery outright (the launcher now reaches the repair first)

The known_failure on the mid-merge launcher gap is gone: #132361's launchers import
hermes_bootstrap (the interrupted-pull repair) before any other checkout module, so the
merge-time kill must leave a runnable install with no gate.
