With --separate-git-dir the common dir's parent is not the main checkout,
so the old --git-common-dir-parent root made every .worktreeinclude
symlink look like real untracked work and the worktree was kept forever.
Add a parametrize row (no new test) that builds such a repo and asserts the
include-only worktree is removed; it fails against d3dd7ec41a^.
