kshitijk4poor d57cf08f23 test(pm): the LSP node-runtime test opts into a trusted workspace

It checks PATH inheritance and env overrides for typescript-language-server.
With deny-by-default trust, a ServerContext built without a decision is
untrusted and the server skips without a Hermes-side TypeScript SDK.
