Every clean shutdown aborts in-flight backend work on purpose, and the
sentinel rejections ('Hermes Desktop is quitting.', 'SSH bootstrap was
cancelled because Desktop is quitting.') land in the crash-forensics
unhandledRejection hook — logged with a full stack that reads exactly like
a crash in desktop.log, 8+ times per day on update-relaunched installs
(#119409). Error-shaped log lines can then no longer distinguish a planned
relaunch from a real fault.
Stamp the two known intentional-quit sentinels with markExpectedTransition
at their creation sites; crash forensics records those as a one-line
'expected shutdown transition' without the stack. All other rejections —
including an unmarked error with the same message — keep the full
crash-shaped record, so genuine forensics are unaffected.
