unsupportedpastels 042e925ea2 fix(desktop): keep a newer new-chat draft from a late switch re-home ...

Address the ordinary-switch draft-intent race from review on #132237: a
draft started on another gateway while a source switch was still doing its
bookkeeping (rememberConnection) was cleared by the switch's late re-home,
so the next session.create went to the switched-to source instead.

Every new-chat owner intent goes through captureNewChatSource, which now
bumps an intent revision. selectConnection snapshots it when the switch
starts and only re-homes the draft if no newer intent arrived, so a newer
intent wins even when it repeats the same route values. Completed switches
with no newer intent re-home as before.
