Austin Pickett 9d7a4ab718 fix(dashboard): hide AuthWidget on 401 via ApiError status ...

fetchJSON now throws ApiError with a humanized message, so the
widget's legacy `msg.startsWith("401:")` check never matched and a
401 from /api/auth/me rendered "auth status unavailable" instead of
nothing. Read the status off the error object.

Part of GH issue 66223 (loopback /api/auth/me).
