Review of #133952 (ehz0ah) showed a legal POSIX name containing a newline was written across two lines of scratch-prune.log, so one record split and the tail of the name could pass for a record of its own. Paths and process names are now logged with %r, so control characters are written escaped and each record stays one line. Refs #132401.
