Re-pins AhmetArif0/hermes-reaction-feedback to 50d8dbd (1.0.2). In a private chat with topics, a reaction on one topic's answer could be noted in another topic's conversation when both were answering at once; a reaction does not say which topic it is in. Such reactions are now ignored while the chat's recent messages span more than one topic.
