All pins verified reachable and ≥2 weeks old at pin time; each plugin passes `hermes plugins validate` at its pinned commit. hermes-media-studio fails admission (registers media_studio_generate + post_tool_call without declaring them) and is left out until its manifest declares them. Community entries credit the index submitters: anpicasso (#64181), vimona3ds (#98442), chris-yyau (#97145), AnubisQuantumCipher (#88446).
