fix(tirith): treat every emoji-capable base as VS16 presentation; trim tests; docs
The salvaged suppression covered U+2600–27BF and U+1F000–1FAFF only, so
folder names built on BMP emoji outside those blocks (ℹ️ Info, ▶️ Media,
⬅️ Back, ©️ …) still warned and still stalled cron commands. Widen the
base table to the Unicode Emoji-property singletons outside the two
blocks, deliberately leaving digits / # / * out so VS16 after a letter or
digit keeps its warning.
Fold the three contributor tests into two invariants (emoji-only warn is
downgraded; letter/digit/VS17/mixed-finding cases keep warn) and document
the downgrade next to the .app TLD one in the security guide.
