#134320 shipped lmstudio / tencent-tokenhub profiles with empty env_vars. The
provider-catalog e2e harness reads key vars from the profile only, so main's
`Python tests / e2e` went red (56 KeyError: '' errors + 2 switch failures);
#134385 restored the env vars. The PR's own e2e lane had been skipped by the
change classifier, which is how it merged green.
This invariant runs on the default test lane, which is never skipped: every
api_key profile backed by an api_key PROVIDER_REGISTRY row declares that row's
key variable first in env_vars. It fails on the pre-#134385 tree naming both
profiles and passes on main.
