ethernet d76fa9acc6 fix(skills-hub): chain the plugin-compat __getattr__ onto the resolver, not itself ...

The 09-14 merge of main (612d542281) placed the PLUGIN-COMPAT
__getattr__ directly under the path-resolver __getattr__ while
_plugin_compat_prev_getattr = __getattr__ stayed at the end of the
compat block, so it captured the compat function itself. Every
attribute miss then recursed forever: any unknown attribute, or any
plain attribute lookup that fell through, raised RecursionError
instead of AttributeError. This is what the v0.27.1-canary desktop /
Windows builds ship.

Restore main's ordering (resolver -> capture -> compat def); verified
A/B: pre-fix tip raises RecursionError, fixed file raises plain
AttributeError, SKILLS_DIR resolution and the compat chain
(warn_once + redirect) both still work.
