ethernet ae87819213 fix(platforms): the Feishu/WeCom QR fallback tip goes through PM ...

Both adapters (merged from main) still imported managed_uv.pip_install_hint,
which this branch removed; the tip now names sync_venv(['messaging']) like the
managed Telegram bot does.
