kshitijk4poor c5caff330d fix(line): keep a null channel secret unset instead of keying HMAC with "None" ...

c92ed7e000 wrapped the extra fallback in str(), so a present-but-null config value (an empty YAML key) became the guessable literal "None" and connect passed. Fall through to "" before str(); strip the env presence check too so check_requirements agrees with connect. Gate r3 High (2ab, 2c, quality converge).
