Two behaviour contracts: one serve process hosting two profiles stages a
workspace-attachment into the opt-in profile's <workspace>/.hermes/attachments
(ref workspace-relative) while the non-opt-in profile keeps its home dir; an
ssh-profile cwd (remote workspace) falls back to the bind-mounted home dir so
container/remote backends still receive the file.
