Teknium bde2d86bc9 test: windows hand-off marker claim, release and post-commit outcomes run live ...

Real windows.ps1 against real owner processes and a published fixture
launcher: claim-first v2 body, live foreign owner refused untouched,
reused pid reclaimed, desktop bridge adopted with its started_at, dead
owner reclaimed, live delegate kept at finish, verify failure after a
committed update is ok+warnings with gateway start still run, result
carries started_at/warnings, banner remap warns, CPU-busy silent step
survives the watchdog, hung --help probe is bounded, a desktop that never
exits is not relaunched over, and the UI profile sweep spares live runs.
