kshitijk4poor d69ac51582 refactor(compression): strip adopted row ids in one pass and keep the watermark rule in one place ...

The adopted durable snapshot comes from get_messages_as_conversation, which
marks every row persisted, so newest_exact_held_id's marker gate filtered
nothing and only computed max(_row_id) behind a function-local import plus a
second pass to pop the ids. Collect and pop the ids in a single pass instead;
the watermark stays untouched when it is None or no row carried an id.

Revert the watermark-advance asides added to get_active_message_watermark
(a DB getter whose behaviour is unchanged) and _try_acquire_durable_lock
(which only captures the start value); the rule is already documented on
_CompressionLease, _adopt_grown_durable_parent and publish_compression_child.
