#129336 raised --conversation-text-base-size from 0.8125rem to 0.875rem for
every chat. Main already has a chat text size setting on top of that base
(5cf347c096, Appearance > chat text scale), so the bump double-counts it and
reads large on Windows. The setup chat keeps its own larger scope
([data-setup-chat], 15 px).
