ethernet caa9a75527 feat(local-models): show download speed and ETA in the job status
Download rows only showed a progress bar and a byte counter, so whether a transfer was moving and how long it had left had no answer. The job view now reports a smoothed bytes_per_sec and eta_seconds, and one shared composer renders 'state · bytes · speed · ETA' on every download surface (model rows, setup hero, picker rows, browser tiles) instead of four copies of the counter logic.

The rate is the slope across a trailing 8s window, so a chunk burst reads as throughput rather than a spike; anything unmeasurable (one sample, a window too short to divide by, a stalled transfer) reports unknown rather than a fabricated number. Parked and settled jobs drop the fields, and a resume starts a fresh window so the parked gap cannot read as zero throughput.
